Zoho Mail
Follow these steps to ensure RizzForms notification emails always reach your
inbox. RizzForms sends from forms.rizzness.com —
allowlisting the full domain covers both
[email protected] and the unique reply-to addresses
used by the email proxy.
Add to trusted senders
Fastest path: Adding a domain to the trusted senders list skips spam checks entirely — quicker than creating a filter.
- Open Settings → Anti-Spam → Allowed List.
- Click Add Domain.
- Enter
forms.rizzness.comand save.
Emails from the domain will bypass spam filtering and land directly in your inbox.
Create allow filter
- Open Settings → Mail → Filters (or Spam Control → Email Filters in some versions).
- Click Add Filter.

Set the condition: From contains
forms.rizzness.com. - Set the action: Move to Inbox.
- Save the filter.
This filter applies to all addresses from forms.rizzness.com,
including the unique per-submission reply-to addresses.
Reply to train Zoho
Replying to an email is a positive trust signal in Zoho Mail. Open any RizzForms notification and send a reply — even a single word. You only need to do this once.
Organization-wide allowlist
If your team uses Zoho Workplace, an admin can allowlist the domain for the entire organization so individual users do not need to configure anything:
- Log in to the Zoho Mail Admin Console.
- Navigate to Security & Compliance → Spam Control → Trusted List.

Click Add and enter
forms.rizzness.com. - Save. The domain is now trusted for all users in your organization.
Recover from Spam
- Open the Spam folder.
- Find any emails from
forms.rizzness.com. - Select them and click Not Spam.
- Zoho moves the emails to your inbox.
For ongoing protection, also complete the Add to trusted senders step above.
