Create rule to bypass spam

Fastest path: Search from:forms.rizzness.com in Fastmail, then click Save as rule on the search results page. Fastmail pre-fills the condition for you.

Or create the rule manually:

1. Open Settings → Filters & Rules (under the Mail section).
2. Click New rule.
3. Set the condition: From contains forms.rizzness.com.
4. Set the actions:
   • Keep in Inbox
   • Never send to Spam
5. Check Apply to existing messages to retroactively rescue any emails already filtered.
6. Save the rule.

This rule applies to all addresses from forms.rizzness.com, including the unique per-submission reply-to addresses.

Migrating from Gmail? Fastmail can import rules directly: Settings → Filters & Rules → Import.

Reply to train Fastmail

Replying to an email signals to Fastmail that the sender is welcome. Open any RizzForms notification and send a reply — even a single word. You only need to do this once.

Add sender to contacts

1. Locate an email from RizzForms in your inbox.
2. Click the sender name or address.
3. Click Add to address book and save.
4. Fastmail gives higher trust to contacts and is less likely to filter their mail as spam.

Recover from Spam

1. Open the Spam folder.
2. Find any emails from forms.rizzness.com.
3. Select them and click Not spam.
4. Fastmail moves the emails to your inbox.
