By creating an account or using RizzForms (operated by Anderson Associates, "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RizzForms receives HTML form submissions and JSON payloads sent to your endpoint URL and routes them to destinations you configure (email, webhook, Slack, and others). We store submissions so you can view them in your dashboard.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension without notice.
Free accounts are subject to submission and form limits as published on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with 30 days' notice.
Paid plan pricing, billing cycle, and features are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 14 days of a charge.
We operate the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance at any time, with advance notice when practical. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
You own the submissions collected through your forms. We do not access, share, or sell submission data except as required to operate the service (delivery to your configured destinations) or as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RizzForms, and the data you collect through it, complies with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
You may close your account at any time via the contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzForms and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
