Avoiding Spam Folders

To ensure you receive all form submission notifications from RizzForms, follow these steps to whitelist our email address in your email client. This prevents important notifications from being filtered into your spam folder.

Gmail Setup

The easiest way to ensure RizzForms emails never go to spam is to create a Gmail filter. We've prepared a direct link that will set up the search criteria for you.

Method 1: Create a Filter (Recommended)

  1. Click this link: Create Gmail Filter for RizzForms
  2. Click "Create filter" button (the search criteria is already filled in)
  3. On the filter actions page, check these boxes:
    • ✅ "Never send it to Spam"
    • ✅ "Always mark it as important"
    • ✅ "Star it" (optional, for extra visibility)
    • ✅ "Apply the label: Priority" (optional, for organization)
  4. Click "Create filter" to save your settings

Note: This filter will apply to all future emails from [email protected] but won't affect emails already in your Spam folder.
