Email provider guides
RizzForms sends notification emails from forms.rizzness.com. Two
address patterns appear in your inbox:

[email protected]— the From address on all submission notifications and account emails. -
{token}[email protected]— the Reply-To address when email proxy is enabled. Each submission gets a unique token so replies thread back to the correct submission. The address looks different every time, but always comes fromforms.rizzness.com.
The safest approach is to allowlist the entire domain
forms.rizzness.com so both address patterns are covered. Select

Universal tip: Find any RizzForms email and reply to it. Every major provider treats an outbound reply as a strong trust signal that future mail from that sender belongs in your inbox.
