Create allow filter

Fastest path (5 seconds): Open any RizzForms email → click the ⋮ three-dot menu → select Filter messages like these → Gmail pre-fills the From field → click Create filter → check Never send it to Spam → check Also apply filter to matching conversations → click Create filter.

No email yet? Go directly to Gmail → Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses and click Create a new filter.

1. Set the From field to forms.rizzness.com.
2. Click Create filter.
3. Check the following actions:
   • Never send it to Spam
   • Categorize as: Primary (if available)
   • Also apply filter to matching conversations — this rescues any existing emails that may already be in Spam.
4. Click Create filter to save.

This filter applies to all current and future emails from forms.rizzness.com, including the unique reply-to addresses generated for each submission.

Reply to train Gmail

Replying to an email is Gmail’s strongest trust signal. When you send a reply, Gmail treats the sender as a known contact and is very unlikely to ever filter their future mail as spam.

Open any RizzForms notification email and send a reply — even a single word. You only need to do this once.

Add sender to contacts

1. Locate the most recent email from RizzForms in your inbox.
2. Hover over the sender name to open the contact card.
3. Click Add to contacts (the person+ icon).
4. Save the contact. Gmail treats known contacts as trusted senders and is less likely to route their mail to Spam.

Force Primary inbox placement

If RizzForms emails appear in the Promotions or Updates tab instead of Primary:

1. Find the email in the Promotions or Updates tab.
2. Drag it to the Primary tab.
3. When Gmail asks if you want to do this for future messages from this sender, click Yes.

Alternatively, open the email, click the three-dot menu, and select Move to tab → Primary.

Recover from Spam

Search all your mail — inbox and spam — for any missed notifications: search for all RizzForms emails.

1. Open the Spam folder in the left sidebar.
2. Find any emails from forms.rizzness.com.
3. Select them and click Report not spam.
4. Gmail moves the emails to your inbox and uses this as a signal that future messages from this sender are not spam.
