Proton Mail

Follow these steps to ensure RizzForms notification emails always reach your inbox. RizzForms sends from forms.rizzness.com — allowlisting the full domain covers both [email protected] and the unique reply-to addresses used by the email proxy.

Note: On Proton Mail, replying to an email does not train the spam filter the way it does on Gmail. Use the allow list below for reliable inbox delivery.

Add to allow list

The allow list bypasses spam filtering entirely — stronger than contacts alone.

  1. Log in at mail.proton.me.
  2. Open Settings → All settings → Proton Mail → Filters → Spam, block, and allow lists.
  3. Click Add address or domain, then select Allow.
  4. Choose Domain as the address type.
  5. Enter forms.rizzness.com.
  6. Click Add domain.

Mobile (iOS / Android): Open the Proton Mail app → tap the menu → Settings → Spam and filters → Add address or domain → Allow.

Proton for Organizations: Admins can add the domain org-wide at Settings → All settings → Organization → Organization filters → Spam, block, and allow lists, which covers all team members without individual setup.

Add sender to contacts

  1. Locate an email from RizzForms in your inbox.
  2. Click the sender name or address to open the contact details.
  3. Click Add to contacts and save.

Adding to contacts provides an extra trust signal, but the allow list above is the primary protection for Proton Mail.

Recover from Spam

  1. Open the Spam folder.
  2. Find any emails from forms.rizzness.com.
  3. Select them and click Move to inbox.
  4. Proton Mail marks them as not spam and moves them to your inbox.

For ongoing protection, also complete the Add to allow list step above.
