Outlook, Microsoft 365 & Hotmail
Follow these steps to ensure RizzForms notification emails always reach your
inbox. RizzForms sends from forms.rizzness.com —
allowlisting the full domain covers both
[email protected] and the unique reply-to addresses
used by the email proxy.
Mobile caveat: The Outlook iOS and Android apps do not support managing Safe Senders lists. Use the web version at outlook.live.com or outlook.office.com to complete these steps.
Add to Safe Senders
Go directly to the Junk Email settings page for your account type:
- Personal (outlook.com / Hotmail): outlook.live.com → Junk email settings
- Work or school (Microsoft 365): outlook.office.com → Junk email settings
Or navigate manually:
- Open Outlook and click the Settings gear icon.
- Select View all Outlook settings.
- Navigate to Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.
- Enter
forms.rizzness.comand press Enter. - Click Save.
Adding the full domain ensures all RizzForms addresses — including the unique per-submission reply-to addresses — are treated as safe.
Add sender to contacts
- Locate an email from RizzForms in your inbox.
- Hover over the sender name to open the contact card.
- Click Add to contacts.

- Click Add new rule.
- Name it Always move RizzForms to Inbox.
-

- Move to: Inbox
- Stop processing more rules (optional, prevents conflicts)
- Click Save.

- Open the Junk Email folder.
- Find any emails from
forms.rizzness.com. - Right-click and select Mark as not junk.
- Outlook moves the emails to your inbox.
